Franck Renouard is a doctor of dental surgery and has practiced oral surgery and implant surgery for 40 years. He has been interested in organizational and human factors since 1995, following a helicopter accident while he was at the controls. He published his first book in 2011 and has written numerous articles on the subject. He is the former vice president of the association Facteurs Humains en Santé (Human Factors in Health) and regularly gives numerous courses and training sessions for healthcare professionals, engineers, and nuclear power plant workers.
Florence Roussarie - France, Bourg-la-Reine
Florence Roussarie is a doctor of dental surgery and a qualified specialist in dentofacial orthopedics. She has been in private practice in Bourg-la-Reine since 1992. She has been interested in Organizational and Human Factors since 2015 and her meeting with Dr. F. Renouard. She has published articles, podcasts, and videos available on the Facteurs Humains en Santé (FHS) association website. She is a member of the board of the FHS association and gives lectures and training courses on this subject to her colleagues.
