He attended Dental School at Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico and continued his specialty training in Dental Anesthesiology and Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr Nicolaievsky maintains a private practice in Miami, Florida, USA, where he is Division Chief of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach as well as Director of the ZAGA Center Miami. He is also Director of the South Florida Dental Study Club and the Navigation Training Center.Dr Nicolaievsky has lectured nationally and internationally and has authored several articles, book chapters, and books, including Dynamic Navigation in Implant Dentistry (Quintessence, 2026).
