Editors

Theodore Eliades graduated from the School of Dentistry, University of Athens, Greece, and completed the Orthodontic postgraduate program of the Ohio State University, USA, where he also earned a Master of Science degree. He obtained a Doctorate in Medical Sciences from the University of Athens, School of Medicine, and a PhD in Biomaterials from the University of Manchester, UK. He was Associate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics, School of Dentistry, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, from 2005 until 2011, when he assumed the post of Professor and Director of the Clinic of Orthodontics Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. Since 1996 he has maintained a private practice in Athens, Greece.

Christos Katsaros obtained his dental degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and received his four-year orthodontic training at the University of Saarland, Germany, where he also completed his doctoral degree (Dr. med. dent.) and "Habilitation." He worked as a researcher at Göteborg University, Sweden, where he completed an Odont. Dr./ Ph.D. From 2000 to 2002, he served as an Associate Professor and from 2002 to 2008 as a Professor of Orthodontics at the Department of Orthodontics and Oral Biology, Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Since 2008 he has held the position of Professor and Chair at the Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, University of Bern, Switzerland.
